I love this apartment so very much, but my landlord raised the rent from 3300 to 3800 so I’ve been priced out. There was a fire in the basement of the building during my current lease term which cost the landlord significant money to repair and that’s likely why she raised the rent so much. I’m honestly devastated to have to leave. The apartment is perfect. So spacious, so much natural light, kind neighbors, w/d, dishwasher, central heating/AC, etc. This could be a 3 bedroom. There’s a large loft that I have a bed, couch and desk in. Perfect for guests. Then there’s a little room under the stairs with a closet. It probably would only fit a twin bed.
