Setting up an alert is easy! After performing a search that matches your criteria:

1. Click the "Create Alert" button on the search results page
2. Sign in or create an account (we'll send you a magic link - no password needed)
3. Choose your notification frequency (instant, daily, or weekly)
4. We'll email you whenever new listings match your search!

In the search filters, enter your work address in the "Commute" field. You can set your maximum commute time and choose between walking, biking, or public transit. We'll show you apartments within your specified commute range.

Use the "Rent Control" filter in the search panel. You can filter for rent-controlled, rent-stabilized, or market-rate apartments. We source this information from NYC Housing and Preservation data when available.

We aggregate listings from major NYC rental platforms including StreetEasy, Zillow, and others. Our database is updated daily to ensure you see the latest available apartments.

Basic search and alerts are completely free. Premium features (coming soon) will include advanced filtering, priority alerts, and more. The core search experience will always remain free.

Visit the Alerts page to view all your active alerts. You can pause, edit, or delete any alert. You can also adjust notification frequency or update your search criteria.

Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your favorites. Access your saved listings anytime from your account dashboard.
