leaving to find a place w my partner. apartment is in a great neighborhood, however noisy due to being right at the entrance of the pulaski bridge. no amenities but very laid back land lord who lives below. roommate is staying and re-signing lease, and i am helping them find a new roommate to take over my room/part of the lease.
