East Williamsburg is a broad place label that overlaps different planning geographies. The Greenpoint–Williamsburg environmental review distinguishes residential and mixed-use blocks west of Bushwick Avenue from a more industrial area to the east, where warehouses, light manufacturing, storage, parking, and vacant properties were common in the study period.
